At ROTELUX, we stand behind the reliability and durability of our products. To reflect our commitment and offer you complete peace of mind, we proudly provide a comprehensive limited warranty on all our products.

I. Core Warranty Commitments
1.    Warranty Period
•    2-year global warranty from the date of purchase (valid proof of purchase required).
•    Personal bespoke receive an additional 1-year warranty on the core motor (total 3 years).
2.    Coverage
•    Full machine protection: Includes bidirectional rotation motors, anti-magnetic aluminum alloy frames, silent bearings, Adapter, switch, touch panel, fingerprint module. and other core components.
•    ROTELUX reserves the right to repair or replace the product or defective parts at its discretion.Rotelux covers the cost of spare parts and shipping. We provide replacement videos for customers to perform the swap themselves.

II. Exclusions & Limitations
1.    Non-Covered Scenarios (fee-based repairs):
•    Human damage: Physical impacts, liquid ingress, unauthorized modifications (e.g., disassembling modular components), or usage violating the user manual.
•    Environmental hazards: Circuit corrosion due to lightning, floods, or extreme temperatures/humidity (operating range: -20°C to 50°C).
•    Consumable wear: Surface abrasion on synthetic fiber cushions.
2.    Geographic Restrictions
•    Excludes UN-sanctioned embargoed countries.
•    APO/FPO addresses must be serviced through authorized centers (see Section 2.2 of the Shipping Policy).

III. Service Process & User Rights
Extended Warranty Options
•    +1 year full coverage: 10% of product price.
•    +2 year core parts coverage: 6% of product price.
IV. User Obligations & Documentation
•    Required Materials:
① Original e-invoice (with authorized dealer stamp).
② Product serial number (laser-etched code on the baseplate).
③ Video evidence of malfunction (demonstrating abnormal operation).
•    Data Privacy: Repair-related usage data is encrypted (GDPR-compliant).
